Tim, an amateur filmmaker , returns home to film his brother Sean's funeral after his apparent suicide. But in the days that follow, Tim discovers Sean's obsession with an Internet urban legend that does not exist about a secret government mind control experiment gone horrifically wrong , Project MKHEXE .
